    Even using something like the Simple range is good, ALDI stuff is good too!
    I use the ALDI body creme and I swear it is EXACTLY the same as a Biotherm one that I used to sell for $25! Its the same texture and smell.

    Cleanse, tone, moisturise.

    Cleanse depends on what you have, please dont use normal soap-tis too harsh
    tone-a toner, any kind but preferably not a really harsh strong one like clearasil
    moisturise-one designed for the face. not a body one.

    So a quick scrub with the coal tar soap is wrong then? :o

    I think if I remember the Marks and Spencers skin care range is made by clarins, remember one of my friends who was a buyer for M&S years ago telling me that. If not clarins it was one of the expensive brands

    So how do I know a good range from a rubbish one? What would I get at Tesco?

    God I'm rubbish...I'm 40 and should know this stuff :o
