Spud-see my previous post.
Even using something like the Simple range is good, ALDI stuff is good too!
I use the ALDI body creme and I swear it is EXACTLY the same as a Biotherm one that I used to sell for $25! Its the same texture and smell.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Cleanse, tone, moisturise.
Cleanse depends on what you have, please dont use normal soap-tis too harsh
tone-a toner, any kind but preferably not a really harsh strong one like clearasil
moisturise-one designed for the face. not a body one.
So a quick scrub with the coal tar soap is wrong then?

I think if I remember the Marks and Spencers skin care range is made by clarins, remember one of my friends who was a buyer for M&S years ago telling me that. If not clarins it was one of the expensive brandsI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
