Can I return an unused lipstick to Selfridges for a refund?

I'm sure the Dior lipsticks aren't sealed. If not, no you cannot take it back.

I'm almost surprised people would think about returning certain items, and then get mad because the store won't take back unsealed makeup/headphones/whatever. Gross people. Come on.

is it lip stick though or is it moisturiser or is it something else

It's worth a try, the difference between a used and an unused lipstick is pretty obvious.

Doubtful the shop will return it - keep it until this one runs out? Or maybe ebay it?

I returned a set of Dior lipsticks in the past, but I'd bought them at Duty Free, so am guessing slightly different rules apply...still if you don't try you'll never know
