Hi everyone
My mum has just acquired a laptop for which she will use when she goes down to her caravan later in the year.
She wants to be able to have web access just to check emails, facebook and do a few things online.
Wondering if anyone can offer some advice as to the cheapest PAYG mobile broadband provider etc as I don't use it myself I'm not upto speed with the details.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks
WJUK
ps - Currently her "Home" BB provider is O2 - not sure if that entitles her to extra discount etc

It's not just about about cheap when it comes to mobile broadband, it's about quality of access where you intend to use it.
Same theme has been run and re-run recently.0 -
As I've said before go with whichever network gives the best coverage where you intend to use it. No point having the cheapest if it doesn't work!
Check the mobile companies coverage maps.
You really need a good 3G signal.
Go PAYG just in case.0 -
My friend got a free PAYG dongle from O2 because he has an O2 mobile and he rang up and asked for one so it might be worth calling - don't get if you don't ask!
Not sure about prices, though, it really depends on the usage. There's a comparison table of the cheapest mobile broadband here - http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/mobile-broadband/cheapest.asp - though.
Hope that helps0
