After recieving appauling service from talk talk I decided to end my contract. I was also moving house so I called them to let them know what was happening. They agreed to cancel my services on the date that I gave I was leaving the property and that a final bill would be sent to my new address.
I receieved no bill and after a month I contacted them . I was told that I owed them a get out fee as well as an extra month becasue they did not cancel the services untill a month after I had vacated the property.
I sent them an email and they replied with "we have credited your account and brought it up to date, Talk Talk will no longer be contacting you for payment".
This I thought was he end, I then recieved a bill for £60 to cancel the contract. I refered the my previous emails and got the same response. I asked them to prove that I had agreed to this amount either by way of a recorded telephone call, signed contract or some other proof. They didnt come back to me.
I sent another email asking them to confirm the status of my account and heard nothing back, I gave them seven days to come up with evidence that i owed this money and they still have not replied.
Where do I go form here ? I have kept all email correspondance.
