Singed up to plus.net broadband at £5.99 with 4 months free after checking availability. Received details and price has gone up to £11.99 after three billing months. Has this happened to anybody else? If so, what can be done?

Plusnet £5.99 offer is only available for the rest of the contract if you are on a Market 3 exchange, otherwise (if on a Market 1 or 2 exchange) it rises to £11.99 after 3 months, this would have been made clear to you when you signed up online.
What exchange are you on?
www.samknows.com, exchange search-the exchange category will be given bottom right of page.
If you are on a Market 3 exchange, your billing is incorrect and you need to raise a ticket with Plusnet. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
