I'm probably being really dumb, but how do you select (and subsequantly claim) your reward?

There are no dumb questions, only dumb answers! Click on rewards, find the reward you want and use the arrow to select how many, then click "select items" at the bottom of the page. Hope that helps. :beer:

its the first time ive posted in a pigsback thread, but just have to say a huge thank you to everyone keeping me up to date with all the answers and competitions. Didn't think I would earn anything very quickly, but have just logged on and got my Lightspeed points and my credit report points, so now got 1450!!! :T I'm well chuffed!!

Thanks jennalicious - I thought it should be simple, but I conclude that there's something wrong with my PC, because I can't see any arrows to select anything.

On second thoughts maybe it's not my PC, just tried my sisters computer and have exactly the same problem.
Maybe I haven't been registered long enough?
I'll try again tomorrow...

You have to be a member for at least 10 days before you can start claiming your rewards.
