PLEASE DONT SEND ME ANY MESSAGES THAT SAY "HE CANT DO THAT" COS HE HAS --- BEEN TO 4 GOVERNMENT BODIES ALL SAY SORRY LUV GO AND SEE YOUR SOLICITOR.
ANY IDEAS ?
Why do you think randoms on a forum are going to say any different from four government bodies? They are telling you that you need legal representation because .... you need legal representation.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
Why buy the place with this supply arrangement?0
-
Surely the tokens can be bought direct from the electricity supplier??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

If u have bought the place I'd suggest investigating having your own meter put in. Its got to be worth the expense. Maybe all the tenants should get together and buy the freeholder out (I believe u can do that whether the freeholder wants u to or not but I am not sure).0
