Hi, does anyone have the number for the Manchester office to hand? Tried calling my branch, which is where I sent the original letter, but they don't pick up!

    Thanks Liam_Mel

The numbers for PPI Concerns office in Manchester are as follows:

    0161-755 6890 or 0800 015 0319

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck.

Thanks for the info! Just called them and they have not received my original letter from the branch which was supposedly passed on 2 weeks ago! Start again, only this time they gave me the address for their offices! So thought I would post the address for anyone else finding problems!

    Hello All,

I sent my original letter to Natwest regarding ppi reclaim 8 weeks ago. I received a letter to acknowledge my original correspondance and then another one 4 weeks later to say investigations are continuing and they will contact me again within 28 days.

Today I received a letter informing me they are still gathering information about my case. So my question to the forum is how long do I give Natwest befoe I go to FOS. I know I can after 8 weeks but from posts on here I see that the PPI Concerns Team at Natwest are very busy.

I would be interested to hear of any timeframes from other posters who have dealt with Natwest.

    Thanks
    Hi
I have claimed twice from Natwest. Last year in September is took 10 weeks all in all to get the bank transfer off them for £4200. This year, it has taken about 13 weeks from thw first letter to bank transfer.
    hope that helps!!:)
