It is great a lot better - yet as a couple of others have said - it is slow to load the new screen!

I like it. Usually I'm not a fan of these kind of drop down menus as they tend to get in the way, but this doesn't - it drops down when you need it, and vanishes as soon as you move your cursor.

The included links are a good selection and will be useful to newbies and experienced users, I think.

All in all, very good indeed! :T

Worked fine for me in firefox although there's nothing showing if I hover over news. No idea if that's intentional or not.

Very good. Also like the fact that if you move the mouse, the drop down you're looking at doesn't dissapear.

It's a bit unhelpful that the drop-down disappears if you move diagonally down to an item and in doing so cross slightly into the next box. I know that is what it is designed to do, but sometimes the shortest straight-line route to an item in a drop-down is just such a diagonal. Can this be tweaked? There also seem to be some minor navigational issues (just 'tidy return' ones) on a couple of the items.
Also, a bit odd that I can get into the Beta version just by clicking on a category box from the Masthead at the top of this thread (but only this thread). :think:

I like it- would have saved me ages when I was first using the site- I have found thta if you dont hit keywords in the search it can spew out some spurious entries (which has made me read loads of hilarious forums so gave me a few laughs along the way!)

That's smart, thankyou @};- I went looking for the same on the forum button as well :cheesy: thought it would have an index because there isn't a pointer to the forum on any of these box drops.
