Bun I know what you mean hun and I totally agree with what Luc said...its limbo land.

Write yourself a list of things to do tomorrow, post it up here. If you are busy enough you won't have time to eat! Also make sure that in that list there is some kind of exercise run/walk/swim.

    Thanks you guys.

This whole not running thing is getting to me as well-I really was so proud of how well I was doing and now I doubt I could run a mile...I did that 4 mile walk on Monday and my foot is just feeling better now.

I will go for a walk tomorrow.

List to go up in a sec-thanks all xxxx

You know how we were talking about possibly going camping...It might be a bit pricey but an idea and its is amazing especially for the children too (very much children orientated)

Looks fab Sally but I think the travel on top of ticket costs might put it out of our reach this year:(

How fab would it be to be able to afford to hire the gypsy caravan for a couple of Mums and couple of kids. Sigh. I hate being broke:(

Thanks Maz, no offence, that's why I asked! Neither of them were in my size anyway. I'll go look in proper shops sometime I think. Maybe just some nice fitted shirts to team up with funky jewellery, or crossover/v neck tops.

Bunny, I agree with the others about limbo land, once things settle down I'm sure you'll feel loads better.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Right....home from work so going to make a Guinness cake for my mum's birthday and take it up to her tomorrow. I'm also giving her and Indian Head massage (her choice) so should be a nice day.

    Off to seive some flour......
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
