We're thinking of buying a log cabin/lodge on a site to let out for holiday lets and wondered if anyone had any useful info? We know we need to find a site that allows you to sublet, but wondered if there was any other advice/pointers anyone could help us with?

Site fees. Permission to sublet, Resposibility for wear and tear, cleaning, dealing with problems, swapping gas over etc ... what fees will that cost you.
Depreciation - how long the thing can stay there, (some sites want them moving off when they're over so many years old)
