Personally I haven't bought anything from Comet, PCWorld, or anywhere like that for, ....erm, a very long time. Far longer than I can think tbh.
Verrrrry strange ways of doing customer service these places won't let you test and confirm these things BEFORE you pay for them. So I buy from the small independants that will do these things. Weird that init
Bought my 17" Xerox TFT with no dead pixels for £120 from an independant, and even saw the very one I had working and tested too, hell they even kept the packaging for me.. 0 -
I'm never shopping in them again, online for me all the way, I just need to learn to not be so impatient
