I have been with carphone warehouse for 3 years and my current 12 month cpw mobile deal has just ended. It was on 500 mins + 500 texts for £40 a month, full cashback in 3 sections so the cost of the contract was £0 but i did not receive a phone(not a problem).
I called them this evening and the best they say they can offer is a 24 month contract 400 mins + 400 texts £20 a month with £360 cashback in 3 stages making the total cost per month at £5 (again no phone). My question is can i get a better deal than this with reliable cashback (I have never had i problem with cpw cashback claims). I have 14 days to find a better offer, please help!

Hi
When my contract with cpw ended I called the service provider I was with (in my case vodafone) directly and they were able to beat cpw's offer easily. That was a number of years ago and I am still with vodafone, every time my contract ends I call all the major providers directly, find out what they offer then call vodafone and tell them.
Hope that helps

Hi,
I am sure you can as I was able to as soon as my contract was up. If you didnt renew your contract with cpw after the 18 months you would still have a phone service supplied by 02 through cpw
hope this helps,
