virgin mobile bill being charged for unrecognised/unmade calls

Hi,
Today I have noticed that my mobile phone bill has been increasing month by month (and a few calls to austria) ive not increased my usuage just that my bill is getting higher and higher and for the extra that i'm paying for i could have got a new handset,more minutes etc.
How can i convince vvirgin that thse extra billed calls weren't made by me - hand on my heart as i do n ot recognise the numbers
