:mad: Having opened accounts for various phone packages with CPW, I am dismayed to have received almost constant incorrect billing, and have had to spend hours and hours & amass piles of correspondence, most of which I sent them, they ignored totally (ultra infuriating).
They have had me spending a fortune on 0870 numbers (funny how they utilise 0800 numbers for their sales) only to be rebounded from one department to another, all claiming invoices were not their remit (believe it or not this includes both accounts and customer service dept's). I am constantly sending them their own correspondence which vindicates me, and yet they refuse to communicate back or get their invoices correct. they are giving a real professional runaround job. whilst charging for what they do not provide, and overcharging for what they do provide. :mad:
I have resorted to writing to various department heads, and directors, and been totally ignored. We are the customer, however we are not important enough to deal with on a personal basis.:rolleyes:
Beware and check your bills thoroughly with this company, this applies to both home and mobile business. They appear incapable of getting it right.
Anyone who has had similar problems with this company please let me know. If as I suspect there are more of us out there, it would help me to know so I may take this up with them.:T
