Zavvi.com

Have had problems with this company stating items are IN STOCK then failing to deliver or even reply to queries.

Eventually someone replied [after referring them to Trading Standards] and made apologies and promises to not put me through it again if I just try them once more.

They issued credit which I eventually got around to using. Site showed the reduction being made to published price but days later I find that the full amount has been taken from my credit card [and the credit on my Zavvi a/c now down to zero...so the 'gift' has vanished; unused.]

Now am in the same position, they ignore the online a/c enquiries despite stating they will reply in one working day [been over a week now].

See they are owned by HUT.COM so used their site to complain but so far nothing from them neither.

SO..........just to share a bad experience.
