    the new 45 day policy is for returns like yours if you buy too much etc, the toilet seat would be the customer returning it as a faulty item yuk, which has a completely different policy

    You may find that keeping spare pack of laminate may actually be a good idea and you can always use the paint else where or use it to patch bits up as and when.

    :rotfl:Here's the reply I recieved from my email to B & Q after 4 days,, answering a completely different query to mine,, obviously on the ball there :T

    store to reach a prompt resolution to this matter. As soon as our
    investigations are complete, the relevant department will contact you.
