Ebay/Paypal help required - UPDATED

yes her new account is ....boutique why would you have that if your a private seller also selling lots of the same bags etc.
yes the previous id was her real name that I posted the parcel to
Whilst I don't think her user name as a seller guarantees you that she's a business seller, selling lots of the same bag certainly does!
To be honest, it's wrong, but I don't think eBay are going to care less about the situation. Not saying it's right, but just dont think they'll be bothered to be honest with you hun.
Look her up with both ids on Goofbay, that'll give you a wider picture of everything, including if she's ever bid on her own stuff for example. It's a great tool to use sometimes..It goes back 120 & 90 days further than eBay itself does.
Be armed with as much info as possible to speak to eBay about this (but read above!).
You could always ring her local sorting office, and ask them if a parcel was delivered recently, or if parcels have had claims to that address recently. Then when you correspond with her again you're in a better position knowledge wise. "Knowledge gives strenght to the arm" - can you guess which army corps I was in? hehehe0 -
i posted 2 days later.
Wont royal mail only pay out on the claim after they have checked with her if she recieved it (im guessing she wont help me)0 -

I know how you feel!!!
I sold a dvd to a buyer a couple of weeks ago and the day after she paid she started messaging asking where it was.I told her dispatch was within 2 working days and that she had only just paid.
Notified her the following day (after yet another message asking where it was) that it had been sent.
Every single day I got a message saying 'where is it?' 'Are you sending it to me' 'it's a present for my nephew so I need it now' 'it isn't here yet and my daughter has been so excited waiting for it' (yes it kept switching between her daughter and her nephew it was for)
I knew she would be trouble!!!
Anyway,(after changing her ID name on there) I got more messages. Then they stopped for a couple of days so I assumed she had received it.Nope!I suddenly get a paypal claim opened stating she had contacted me and the issue could not be resolved(cheek!!!!) and ended up getting refunded.
checked her seller listings and turns out she buys Disney DVDs (including the same one I had sold her) to sell (usually as 'very rare' 'limited edition')
I was fuming:mad:If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

Thank you for that, I didn't realise they were being passed around, I was expecting to end up having to bid for them on eBay to get them back.

UPDATE
I looked on goofbay and not many listings came up that she bought but I could find a couple of things that were on both accounts. I contacted the sellers of these items and they confirmed that they did refund the buyer as she said they didnt arrive.
I then reported her to ebay as a fraudulent buyer and also put the same information on the dispute with paypal.
I then left her feedback stating refunded item as lost in post, reselling on ..........(name of sellers account)
I then sent her a question on my item that she was reselling saying
' Hi .........., glad the tshirt arrived ok '
About 30 mins later I had an email from paypal saying she closed the dispute as the buyer has reported that the claim has been amicably resolved.
I knew I wasnt wrong, as I had a hunch from the start that she would be trouble when she kept emailing me asking where it was
Thanks for your help
