Ebay/Paypal help required - UPDATED

Hi guys, I need your help on what to do next.
I sold a tshirt on 1st march and posted later that week. From the start I knew there would be trouble as the buyer asked everyday where there top was and after 6 days opened a paypal claim that they hadnt recieved there item, even though I asked them wait a few more days so that it would be a week since I posted it.
Within an hour they escalated it to a dispute so It gave me 10 days to give them a refund or prove delivery, as this was only a couple of quid I didnt send it tracked but do have proof of postage.
I asked her about an hour ago if it had turned up as I was about to do the refund and she sent me a snotty reply, so for some reason I decided to check other tshirts for sale (her id had never sold anything only bought so I assumed she had another account) lo and behold i see the tshirt stated as used (but then said in the description that it didnt fit as it was a small size) on checking the id shes from the same area, but uses a business name even though classed as a private seller. Her id was changed from her name to this business name in march 07. this top was never sold in the UK as it was a sample so there wouldnt be too many about.
What do I do now?
Im tempted to bid on it see if anything happens. Im fuming
Thanks Bekki

I would bring this information to the attention of eBay, they can check to see if both accounts are using the same IP addresses, you may not have been the only one she has conned, but others may not have worked out she has 2 accounts, and eBay may put the pieces together and sanction her.0

Hiya Bekki,
What does this bit mean? 'uses a business name'?
And was the previous name of the selling account, the same name as the person you sent the T shirt to?0 -
Thanks dirtpoorguy do you think its best to ring or live chat with them?0

yes her new account is ....boutique why would you have that if your a private seller also selling lots of the same bags etc.
yes the previous id was her real name that I posted the parcel to0 -
OMG LOL im sorry, was reading quickly0

What sort of feedback does she have as buyer/seller? Is the seller high volume, and if so is there a possibility your sample shirt could have a duplicate or 2?0

buying account 397
selling account 568
so not big numbers and she only has 5 auctions listed at the min0 -
And her listing day fits with around the time she would have received your packet?0

It won't make any difference to Paypal the op will have to refund. All you have is suspicions which doesn't really prove much. You said you dispatched later that week (how many days after sale?) so your dispatch wasn't exactly speedy which could explain why she's a little !!!!ed off and escalated the claim so quickly. A little confused as they can only open an INR 7 days from sale so I assume your 6 days was from date you sent it. How do you know the top was never sold in the UK?If you had one the liklihood is others will too.
As you said its only a couple of pounds so it is unlikely that you are being scammed for that. It sounds to me that you have an annoyed buyer due to slow dispatch and delivery along with a little bit your paranoia.
I'd refund now because you'll have to anyway then claim via your COP from royal mail0
