Thes figures are not really adding up right - if your net per week is £200, the CSA should assess you at £30pw for one child. Do you do a lot of overtime? They will count this as income if it's regular.0

Maybe arrears?manc_daddy wrote: »Well i thought i had 1 child until dna proved other wise and yes i now have 2 chidren 1 of whome ive never seen and my daughter and they said the £75 does include the debt of back paymants from 15 jan to present and money for dna test and when debt finnishes i will have to pay £53 but they said there not counting my daughter as i dont have a court letter to say i have her weekends and even a letter from daughters mum and social worker/services doesnt count.
The OP states he is being asked for £75pw until the arrears are leared, then £53pw thereafter. The figure of £53pw is 26% of the OP's net income, if he's right about his net being £200pw. This is not correct as ongoing maintenance for one child - are they actually assessing you for 3 or more children, OP? Or could there be an old rules case open against you (a case that started prior to 2003)?
£53 is 15% of £353 - is this the figure they have down as your net income? It'll be on the letter they sent you telling you how much to pay, as will the number of children they are calculating maintenance for.0 -
