PROBLEM WITH W800i-need help
I bought SE W800i from CPWH about 1 year ago,now the joystick of the phone doesn't work properly.The problem is i don't have any receipt for this phone.
Can anybody advise can i get it done free from CPWH?how can i sort this out?

i dont usually have a reciept for cpw repairs and usually talk them into repairing without to much hassle, but some people say thay wont do it without so i think it depends on the shop.
you could send it to crc instead - theyve never asked me for a receipt yet
