Which network does free 0800 numbers?

I have to ring an 0800 number for work several times a day,does anyone know a network that allows 0800 number calls to use the inclusive minutes?

    T-Mobile used to do their Flext price plans which included calls to mot 08 numbers. Sadly these have now been withdrawn and are only available for upgrading customers. They do a add on bundle now which costs £2.50 .
