How about Marmite sarnies, a yohurt and a piece of fruit. Or get yourself a flask and make a vegetable soup with lentils and take a roll with you to dip in, very filling, cheap and healthy too!

Link to Delia's recipe here.I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might have-been has never been, but a has was once an are – Milton Berle0 -
I ususally take some lovely HM veg soup (made in the slow cooker). I make a huge batch so it is cheap, quick and easy. I then take bread or crackerbreads to dunk - mmm! You could try adding chucks of potato to bulk it out and fill you up.The Best Things in Life Are Free0
