Suppose I am getting a bit more overtly bullish these days - lots of positive anecdotes floating about in SW London/Kent, where I own property so I'm just sharing the joy. That said, I do feel for FTB's these days - it cannot be easy.
Never been a member of the HPC forum tho sorry. I do have a look there from time to time to see whats going on occasionally but I'm sure I can sign up and get banned fairly quickly if that's some sort of badge of honour?
