May I make a suggestion about 'stuff'. My sister and I (unfortunately) had to go our seperate ways after living together and buying stuff for our joint place. We went round and valued everything (£200 for TV as it was bought for £300 and was older) etc. Then we picked what we wanted of equal value. Took it in turns and divided it up. Unfortunately it meant I ended up with the de-humidifier which is of no use to me now, but I have a nice TV! We worked that one out as I contributed to buying her a new smaller one.
Might only work if you are still friends though?0
