Dispatch Time.

I think this is a difficult one - I always pay for things I buy from ebay within 2 hours of the auction ending so I do expect to receive them within a week but I find more and more (especially with sellers who, whilst not registered as business users, do sell lots of items) that the dispatch dates are getting a bit daft. eg Won an item early Friday evening (6pm), paid straight away and have just received an email (sent today by seller) saying the item will be dispatched next Monday! This person had loads of items ending at same time so it's not as if they would have wasted a journey to the post office as they would have had a few to post. They gave no excuses, it was just a standard email saying item to be dispatched next Monday. I assume this person is going to be very disappointed with the rating I give when I eventually receive my item.
But I do appreciate people have lives and that stuff happens - a quick email to let me know of problems means I know when and what to expect - simples!:j:T Total Prize Value 2012 - £1835 :T:j
