where's best to trade in 2 nokia n95 8gb
Options
branded vodafone box all complete and in good condition. now unlocked.
where's best to get hard cash quick and easy for them at the better price?
i've looked on CEX unlocked is £111 cash, but i'm not sure if they will class mine as unlocked or vodafone due to the vodafone branding on box and phone.
if sending it off, i guess it's best to send them as special recorded delivery to insure them, so that's extra cost to consider at a guess of £12 say, maybe more (need to check royal mail)
any other high street retailers buy phones for good money?

Vodafone now send out all their handsets as unlocked, so I'm not sure how they wll class it. How about giving them a quick call?Won through MSE: Iphone 3GS and 4s with Lucozade in Oct 2010

Having spent a bit of time looking around various websites i can tell you that www.cashinmyfone.com is probably about as good as it gets with a trade in value of £124.90 for your N95 (use Quidco and get an extra £4.50).
I sent mine off today by special delivery (next day before 1pm) and it cost me £5.40 and is insured upto £500.
Hope this helps.

fonebank is £115 which has good reviews
does cash in my phone need all box, packaging and accessories?0 -
I rung and checked before i posted mine off, all they require is the phone and battery. You can send any accessories if you wish but it won't get you a higher value for your sale.

strange these places don't even want chargers etc.
so just phone and battery?
tell me how you get on with them, to see it cashinmyfone gets good review compared to phonebank0 -
just did a quick search on cashinmyfone and too many bad reviews for my liking, i'll rather have the peace of mind with fonebank as they seem better if i don't go cex route0

Well it's good news so far. Just had two e-mails, one to say phone has been recieved and another to say it's passed the testing process (even tho some of the numbers on the keypad had rubbed off). Here's hoping they're just as quick to payout.
Again, i'll keep this thread updated.

good stuff
think i'll stick with fonebank even though i loose a few quid0 -
Recieved payment in bank this morning. Maybe i got lucky who knows. For me a hassle free transaction, i'd quite happily use them again.
