Called up Sainsbury (didn't get an email telling me they would honour the order) and they were not sending it out to me!

I paid by CC, so no money was actually taken out of the account.

    Anyone in the same boat??

I cannot understand the reasoning or methodology that Sainsbury applies to who gets and who does not get the DVDs....

It would appear that some people that were lucky enough to spot he mistake early doors have not received anything, whilst others have.

Please note that I am not begrudging those that have received the DVDs ... just that I am trying to make sense of the way that Sainsbury decided who should receive it!

Of those that have been fortunate enough to receive their copies, how many paid by CC?? I ask as a colleague of mine at work prdered one (after I told him about it) and he paid by SWITCH, to see the money leave his account, and then be returned. Needless to say he received his 2 copies.

I contacted my cc company and they said that there was no debit made by Sainsbury ( and therefore no credit). And there's me thinking that it is better to pay by CC......

Sorry to hear you haven't received this little bargain :(
I paid with my barclaycard and ordered at 9 am.
I dont understand how some people had the money taken from their accounts and others didn't either.
    :)

    Did you receive a copy?

Just want to challenge Sainsbury and tell them that I paid by CC and have not received it, but only if others ahve received it having paid by CC.

    Ta,
