My apologies but I cant find the original thread. Has anyone recieved LOTR since the last post. I recieved an email from them stating the they would supply it to those customers who had payment originally taken from their accounts. But nothing since then.

got that same email but not received anything yet...although they did say it could take up to 10 days iirc.

Can't help those who haven't received theirs yet - just have to keep phoning their "customer service" number and leaving your name and phone number.
Maybe the reason these DVDs were cheap though was because the Two Towers DVD had two disk 3s and no disk 2 in the one I got - so the person I gave it to could only watch half of the movie!
Now I have to send it back for a replacement!

I still haven't even received the e-mail saying that they will provide the DVD to those that had money taken out of their acc.

I have an email saying that my order was placed at 18/01/2005, at 06:12.

Order number 2483883.

Does anyone have a LATER order number for which they ahve received an e-mail saying that they will receive the DVD?

I too haven't recieved a email saying that I will be supplied with the goods and my bank account was definitely debited the amount on the same day I ordered. My order was placed 3.15am 18th Jan.

Anybody else in the same situation or can help?

Have you emailed them? If your account was debited and refunded, then you should be receiving your copy when they send them out, hopefully in the next few days. It wouldn't hurt to resend your email. And if you don't get one when others do, then you can take the matter further. My understanding is that they have been advised that not honouring this may leave them in breach of contract which would mean you could buy it elsewhere and make them refund you the difference.

Meeten - I have a later order number for the LOTR and i received an email saying i would receive the dvds . Placed my order at 7.01 am

I placed my order at 9 am.
I've had the money taken off my cc then refunded.
I have also received the e-mail to say i will be getting the order.
I'd give them a ring if i were you.
