    I ordered at 9.05am and have had the email telling me I will get the DVD's. Not got them yet though.

    I got the emailstated that they would refund my money, then another email stating that they would honour the original order and they would debit my card again.

    Still waiting.......

    could someone post the email that people were sent that stated they would get the item.

    i emailed them after money was taken and they said it was just a reserve on my account and they hadnt charged it???? Its a debit card, and i even had 2 ordered on the first day and this order was placed 2 mins after

    Could some either email me or post the letter they received from Sainsburys saying they will be honouring orders if they took money from your account and refunded it.

    I made a new hotmail account which I used for my order. As I only logged into my account for the initial logon and not again within the 1st 10 days, Hotmail went ahead and deleted my account and emails! :-(

    I'm in the same position. The email did say it would take them 10 working days to fulfil the orders - well, they've had 5 of those now so I hope we will receive them in the coming week.

    The money has gone out of my account for the second time - but I never saw it go back in, and the bank has 'refreshed' my account online so I can't see that far back - I'll maybe need to go in branch and check...

    Anyway, things are moving on
