sorry to the person critical on my english language and in particular my punctuation mistakes but if he had read my thread correctly he would have realised i have been extremly ill having had a stroke just a year ago the stroke has left me with some brain damage and i am aware that it shows in certain things that i do

looking again at the contract that barclay card sent to me it says that the agreement is with morgan stanley dean witter bank the card was taken out by a sales man at manchester airport the id used for me was my boarding pass i was not notified that barclay card were taking over morgan stanley they just sent me a new card about 3 years ago is this contract enforceable

I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that-I remember them taking it over but I don't have any idea where that leaves you sorry.
