Hi
Some may remember I ordered a contract with M.co.uk some months ago.
Yesterday was date to send 1st claim.
Bill dated 15 Mar was available on line today.
Just sent bill to Mobiles.Co.uk via their Web site and asked them to confirm safe receipt of claim.
Contract is 9 months free (£270) so told them I was looking forward to chq of £67.50.
That part was straight forward.
Received a confirmation email to say they had received my message.
See how rest of it goes.

Good luck!
Make sure you check on the number of claim points and divide the total claim by that number in order to anticipate what you should receive....0 -
£270 - 4 claims = £67.50 each - not rocket science?I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0

Anyhow, good luck still! (MCU did send out my cheque slightly quicker than the 28 days.)

Had an email from them stating that my claim would be dealt with shortly. However their email was entitled CB2.
I have sent them an email pointing out that it was Cash Back Claim 1 (as stated in my claim).

Received and email from them yesterday:
"This is to confirm your line rental claim has been approved and your cheque will be processed shortly."

Email dated 24 Mar telling me my cheque had been raised and will take up to 28 days.
