That's what I'm saying. The sellers returns policy is immaterial. But unless you know to ignore it and return the item anyway, it could put you off returning. Hence you lose a SNAD. Whereas if you find a helpful PP staff member (long shot) you could explain that you were put off returning it as the seller said NO. They may take pity and reopen the case so you can return under their protection? It's worth a shot. They can only say no (and probably will) but what do you lose?0
