I left a job voluntarily a few years ago and i didnt get a penny for 2 months. I wasnt entitled to JSA or IS. I had to claim hardship allowance at a rate of £18 a week. Be very careful in leaving a job voluntarily. Best to see doc and get Signed off for ill kealth.0

My friends OH is in the same position due to racial discrimination, she can't bear going back to work as its her boss thats discrimating against her. Been off ill for 3 months now. Any suggestions0

Look at the ACAS website. They should be able to tell someone where they stand in cases of discrimination0

when my husband left his job four years ago i claimed jsa for me and child tax credit for my four kids .i also got free school meals and my council tax payed for me .i dont think they gave me any thing for my husband even though he was living with me for a few months .then it was added to my money not given to him .:j0
