l-o-o-n-g time since I posted

I did paint my bedroom - almost all by myself! DD has developed into a VERY competent decorator (and she's only 14!) I have been given 'new' curtains but will need them professionally shortened.

DD and I redecorated her bedrrom, too and I put up paper for a 'feature' wall! Her curtains are fine and fit in with the new scheme.

MFW is on the back burner BUT

I am in the process fo having my bathroom refitted! Plumbers should be coming on Monday to finish off.

I have saved so hard for this. Unfortunately I haven't *quite* got enough to pay it but I have a cunning plan.

I've got the 'before' pics - so as soon as it's finished I shall *show off*

(Oh - and since my last post I am no longer single )

Sounds like life is going well at the minute. I bet the house is looking really good, and it is always refreshing to learn something new. DD will have some impressive life skills by the time she moves out.

Got a new peg bag for my birthday and thought of you! Esp when I transferred the pegs over and found about 6 left. Where do they go??
