Its hard - I think we have to take people at face value until something suggests other motives, or a particular post alerts our 'trolldar'.
But you have assume not troll until proven otherwise to keep the forum a friendly community place.:)

And besides Niddy you could never stick to that when it comes to helping people, just think how many you have helped that wouldn't fit that (eg mouseann)
