Thank you for your good wishes at work today
. I deleted around 1000 emails without reading them, shredded a 5 month pile of information overload and filed a bunch of stuff... drank tea, went for a walk around the block with some colleagues (attempt to keep fit and defuzz our brains), had lunch and left at 2pm (was told by numerous people not to stick around; what you gonna do?
). Manged to get in before 10am too! If only that were my normal hours
.
And wandered off with a big bunch of flowers (after I had to go back in for them! Not used to being given flowersso tend not to look for them at the end of the day).Hi Spoon, how are you?
Gym was good thanks, I very nearly didn't go, was all set to drive past and head home tired, but managed to motivate myself. I always feel much better afterwards but still sometimes struggle to actually get there:o.
Nicca - hope today is going well and you are being eased back in to it gently.
I know exactly what you mean! And once there, I wonder what all my fuss was about!
Today I went, accidently managed to muddle up two of the machines and tried to lift 10 kilos more than I normally would on the pecs machine! :rotfl::rotfl:. Boy, is that bound to hurt tomorrow!solventsoon wrote: »Think we'll have a picture on here (courtesy of ifwishes next door:A)
Awwww! How'd you think they'd get on with all my elephants?

Poor little spider was probably more frightened of you than you of it - glass and an envelope is my solution to spiders, won't touch them but can't bear to hurt themBorassicLint wrote: »Thanks, a bit of the old cockney rhyming slang:)
Glad your day went OK, nicca:j- great way to ease you back into it
Ouch to the pecs machine:( and the penguins would probably get on really well with your elephants:rotfl:The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Hello Mrs N
.
Am stting here wishing some-one would cook me my tea, but looks like I'll need to do it myself.
Are you Scottish too or did you marry one?(That sentence looks a bit odd! Maybe it's just 'cos I'd give my clients a row for asking inappropriate questions if they started quizzing strangers on such things!
)
