Good evening all, a post chip shop fish and chip bump. Big order from Sainsbugs arrived today, topped up with bits from Tatco. Car filled to the gunnels with motion lotion. Order placed for meat delivery (special offer burgers, steaks and sausages from top class online butcher). That tells you one thing - it's PAYDAY!!!! Trouble is, when I do my personal accounts and take off all the direct debits for the month, plus the monthly debt repayment, it knocks over two thirds off my salary - sooooo depressing! At least we can eat for a while from the freezer and cupboards, with just milk, fruit, veg etc to top up.

    Very organised there Nargle:T

nicca - one thing you learn fast when living with a cat (you never own a cat, you live with them:D) is that they love to be adored, but only when they want to be.... they're just as likely to not talk to you for weeks because you put their bowl down in the wrong place three weeks ago. Lovable but very exasperating at times - keeps life unpredictable.

Love the picture 3Dogs, another cutie:D.

Nargle talking about fish and chips has made me hungry - off to get some food, back later.

Hope everyone has a good evening:)

Successful spambusting exercise completed - me, 3Dogs and someone else I forget who identified and reported it, it was advertising some moneymaking scam or other. One up to the spambusters!

That's how my photo's end up too Handyman :D.

It looks like all systems are go for Black Lab puppy... there's a litter local to the area, all females spoken for but the boys are left behind (isn't that always the way...), mum is a gentle lump called Toto and puppies are only 4 weeks old so folks can't pick pup up until end of May... in the meantime it's all hands on deck with puppy names... big [step] brother's name is Digger...

Hi nicca, I will learn how to post picys, as to naming a new dog, when I got my old chocky I took him into the squadron office, my C.O. at the Time (white hair, smoked a pipe and had a handlebar moustache), said what are you going to call him old chap.

Sapper I said after my time in the Royal Engineers, (before joining the RAF).

Why dont you call him !!!!!! old chap, after Guy Gibson V.C.'s labrodor (dam busters).

Not a chance Sir I replied you know where I live, can you imagine how long I would last in the park at night calling for him to come back.

So Sapper it was, he is such a good engineer that when I shout at him he makes a bolt for the door.

    Best wishes handyman123.

Why not have two, My last Lab pup was called Benson, I wanted to keep his brother as well and call him Hedges.
