Royal Mail getting their act together?

I was told that a recorded 1st class was posted to me on Thursday, still no sign of it.

A recorded 1st class sent on Saturday morning still hasn't arrived.

I got post yesterday sent on the 8th, as did my MIL who lives in the next town.

Yet today I got a 2nd class package that was posted on Saturday!

thats right but your phraseology made it that all cards went missing.
there are 000's of honest RM staff out there working away every day.

They say they did, and I believe them, I've never had problems with them before. It had yellow SG stickers on it, I guess that stands for Saturday Guarantee?
