Is it just me, or is everyone else getting their mail delivered within 1 working day from anywhere in the country as well? Things are getting much better from these guys i reckon.

I just had my clarinet turn up before 9am today. Nice, but it was supposed to be here before 9am on Saturday, the day before my concert, not the day after... I wouldn't bet on Royal Mail getting their act together!0

Did the company that sent it to you pay the surcharge for guaranteed Saturday delivery? It might not have been been royal mails fault.0 -

Definitely not.Mothers Day card sent to my mummy first class nearly a week ago still hasn't turned up,and a card with cheque in for one of the kids' birthdays vanished in transit.RM's customer services didnt seem to give a damn when I called them with a complaint about mail going missing...0
