I know there is no set number of nights, I'm just saying no one has a definitive answer as to nights/days/hours etc of time spent at a "partners" residence.Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0

That is because there is no definitive answer.0 -
Good, so we all agree then

OP, have you come to any decisions yet?Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind. They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.0 -

OK people, continue to argue if it makes your life feel more worth while!
There are restrictions for staying at other addresses or people staying at yours, you will be defined as a couple/partnership.
But, this will need to be proved and unless your neighbours have reported you or something like that, the JSA people probably wouldnt ever know.
If anyone wants to clarify this, dont keep posting your meaningless responses, telephone 0845 608 8583 and they will tell you exactly how it is.0 -

I am not arguing, just stating the fact that there are no minimum number of nights to class people as a couple or not.
I have not posted any meaningless responses.0
