I haven't always been unemployed. Its just some unfortunate circumstances of late due to my health worsening. As soon as I went on benefits natwest shut my current plus account down saying I was not earning enough and gave me a account with a solo card. Asandwhen, you make it seem people on benefits should have no money. I had to smell soom of my things just to have a little money to open a account just to get a visa. In truth I only want one because people look down at you when you a solo card thinking bad of you. and yes it dose happen.

Its only a little white lie.lol

I'm going to tell them the truth as its not worth the trouble. They might even give me a current account with a visa. never know. Thanks for all your advice..

I think this is the greatest load of bull!!!!. I happily and choose to wander around with an electron card and nobody as of yet has said a word or looked down their nose at me as I try and give them money. Since chip and pin, it seems that virtually everywhere takes solo and electron even if not publicised - I just hand it over anyway and it always works.
