    question re: yorshire puddings.

I live by myself but love yorshire puddings. However, even by mixing up only small quantitie of batter I can make a whole tray of 'mini' puds. As much as I would love to eat oll of these in one go, my wasitline would suffer!!!! Is it possible to freeze the leftovers?

Why don't you do what Aunt Bessie does and put the yorkie mixture into small foil cases and freeze- then bake from frozen in a hot oven.

You could also make a six inch yorkie in a cake tin and fill with sausage - or veg and gravy for a meal for yourself on a weekday.

Mac I freeze yorkies no problem. To defrost if I've already got the oven on I leave them in the grill so they warm up a little bit without getting too crunchy. Or just bung them straight in the oven on a lower shelf.

You have some good meals there. I love to see other peoples meal choices to give me ideas for ours.

I'll be able to add my list next week, this week I shopped for a lot of stuff in Lidls and I dont have the receipt so cant give prices.

I must admit I don't buy biscuits very often at all. With your oats and butter could you add a few raisins, golden syrup (or sugar I think) and make your own healthy flapjack things? I'm not knocking your biscuits, lol but just trying to ring the changes :D
