hi,
mobiles4freeltd have gone into administration. they have promised me a cash back for 12 months.total for 12 months is £840.deal was with orange for 12 months. now orange is saying i will have to sort out with mobiles4free.i will have to pay £500 to orange for terminating the contarct as there are 9 months to go. i cannot afford to pay a huge bill of £85 to orange each month. i chose this offer because i had this cash back deal of £85/month for 2 phones.
what should i do in this case if the company has liquidised? are there any chances to get re payment? can i file a case in the court?i have written to them and waiting for their reply.
please suggest me the way to get my cash back money back.
