Phone doing strange things!?

My daughter toppped up her mobile yesterday and today when she tried to send a text after typing the number and pressing send the screen says SMS Centre. Anyone got any idea whats going on? 
I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.

you need to put the sms center number in the box
the number will depend on the network but the network provider should be able to send you a text which will update your phone settings for you0
