Kazw your postie post had me in stitches! Did he not already know you are mad?! :p;)

Valli embb beat me to it re your DS. I think it's a bit like telling small children not to put stuff up their noses and in their ears, the more you tell them the more likely they are to do exactly the opposite. I personally would rather know exactly what they are drinking and where by having the responsibility chat with him. Miss A and W are only 10 and 7 so it's not an issue here yet but when they have asked what I am drinking I tell them and offer a sip. The tend to wrinkle their nose in disgust at the smell but at least they have decided not to drink. HTH

:p:p:p My postie is lovely :j:j:j but he shocked me the other day though, he asked after my neighbours' son, how he was / where he was type thing, I told him, and asked how he knew (x) he told me he was in the same class / school as him, he then told me he was 29 years old, I always had him at 35 or so at least! :o

I was going to see if I was free your meet weekend and pop up to meet you all and visit a friend who lives in Clay Cross,(as I am sure it is not far away) not sure I will bother now! :D:D or I could come tonight and cat call at you, as you go into your film premier! :rotfl::rotfl:

Claimed old foggy rights and had a 2 hour sleep
All washing is now done, just got to get it dry.

Shouldn't Toots be on the sick list?

Could I have a STAR for Thursday please! :j:j:j

It's definitely getting easier, didn't think I'd ever manage a star and now 2 in one week! (Not too far off the living room one too if I pushed myself a bit :o).

Even when I have no motivation to do anything on the lists, I've managed to keep the surfaces etc clear, so then when I do get in the mood, it's been easier to get stuff done.

Have only had chance to have a quick skim, hope everyone is having a relatively relaxing weekend...

Valli - tricky with the drinking. He obviously knows it is a no as you made that clear yesterday. Did he want you to buy some on top of what his friend had brought or did they bring they because you said no? I guess I'd ask the question why do they want to do it (probably just because they are teenageers), do they actually like the taste? For something to do? Because they like the effect? My DS1 same age will have the odd glass of fizz at a family occasion but apart from that is fortunately not interested. Loads of his mates go down to the local park and drink and I know parents who are happy for their kids to do that but I certainly wouldn't (and he doesn't want to which is great!).

    I've have:
    done the food shop
    done one WM
    emptied DW
Taken DS1 to and from reffing
Taken DS2 to and from JL for his surveys
    Collected DS3 from squash.

Kitchen is trashed again but DH is doing stuff out there at present so I can't tidy up.

I'm going to do a bit of my decluttering and prep a couple of listing for tomorrow.
