Nasty DH is now saying that she wants to watch our science and RE lessons this week - she dropped into our literacy and said I had good writers in my class, so their RE and science books were disappointing, as they don't write as well in those.
You're leaving, so now is the time to smile sweetly and say "whatever you say" and ignore what you can.

Grateful - I'm not allowed to listen to individual readers!!! Most of the time it will be guided reading sessions and I don't write that in their reading diaries.
Have to confess I don't know what guided reading means???

But new class teacher sent home these books (reading records) they were supposed to be a home-school collaboration, and are turning out to be a home-home collaboration! Class teacher has one TA and one HLTA and 15 kids.

Thanks for your replies, guys, and valli too. MMM Dropped caps, sounds groovy!!!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

  • Good morning flyers
I'm in this week . Thanks to Pigpen, Toots, Soappie for all the hard work.

So far in the past few days I have had
    1 broken washing machine
    1 broken cooker
    1 broken sky+ box

The WM should be back today fully repaired, cooker rehomed at the skip and spare brought in from the shed and sky engineer should be here this afternoon.
Given all the visits I have had from work men (none of them good looking!) I've been flying like mad.

Off to find a list and update love to all x

    Morning everyone
Kids all of school today for St Paddy's day so not sure how much i'll get done. I'm hoping to get alot of the [STRIKE]crap[/STRIKE] useless things together and then i can take it to the tip tomorrow when there back to school.:D

First i'm gonna get the WM loaded, get a cuppa and the kiddies can keep Rhys amused while i make a start on their room.

    PenPen oh my goodness.

Thanks everyone for the hugs and support, hubby rang this morning and seems in a good mood. His parents are going down today to see him so i'll go tomorrow. I need to be careful with the money this week so can't get down everyday.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
