i presume the boat is going to ostend?
my daughter went by coach, via the tunnel and then by road to holland. a little too long. last year she to denmark and they flew, but the cost of the trip was £150 more.....
my 2 younger daughters (i have 3) are off to OLAVE 2006 tomorrow (friday) for a weeksmile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....:cool:

Actually we are going from harwich to Hook of Holland then coach to Almere.

Thanks everyone for your help. I'm now busy writing letters to all the local supermarkets and have drawn up a really nifty quiz to distribute when school restarts. Have also found this website which seems really good for fundraising. If you decide to use it for your own charity please mention that you were referred to it by 1st Hatfield Peverel Scout Group!!
