Just had a call from the coach company man on a different mobile number. I just said I think you have the wrong number and put down the phone.

if you booked and canceled via phone with nothing else in writing/deposits etc then forget about it

I would still send in a copy of your phone record (details blanked obviously) to prove it to avoid further calls etc and then ask for an apology from the firm. No point on making enemies if you have done everything correctly, Should be easy enough to sort

Why haven't you taken him up on this? It seems the most straightforward way to clear it up.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Once you agree to book something you don't always have the right to cancel it.

That was the wrong thing to do. Now you'll just make them angrier.

Although you can reasonably expect to be told about this at the time of booking, and even more-so at the time of attempting to cancel.

Because I am waiting for the pages of call records to come from my mobile company. Then if he calls again I will visit his office

Not really. If you ring and book a service for X date, then you've created a contract and it's implicit that you cannot just cancel it without penalty.
