Contact the company, they will need to investigate and possibly issue a recall on the batch. Might be worth contacting the Food Standards Agency with the details as well, to make sure it is being followed up correctly.

have emailed them and am waiting a response.

equaliser , I havent really suffered as it was only a minor cut (but still a cut just the same) and will persue if needs be.

as it is the weekend i will see what transpires tomorrow (monday ) and take it from there and if i get a negative response i will name and shame and take further action. I want nothing from them apart from my 4 pak !

and an apology would be nice too .......................

I recently wrote to a company about what I thought was faulty product. I mentioned very early that I wasn't interested in any compensation etc and I received a very generous voucher.

just phoned them as no communication has been forthcoming and said that further action will be taken if the situation is not resolved quickly

i only want my 4 pack back !

the very nice lady on the phone promised me a quick response
